Step by Step Process To Avail a House/Property
Step 1: Contact Us (Consultation)
Talk to one of our Property Specialist to discuss all the necessary information about the house/property, like house specifications, house features, sample computation, etc.. Furthermore, we can suggest other options that will suit to your needs and financial status.
Step 2: Schedule a Site Tripping
Schedule a tripping with us to see the exact location, actual unit if RFO or model house if Preselling.
Step 3: Reservation of Unit
Upon reservation of unit the buyer must submit Initial Requirements like 2 valid ID's, latest payslip, Reservation Fee, and duly signed Reservation Agreement. All reservation must be done at the Developer's Office/Site.
Step 4: Down Payment and Submission of Complete Requirements
Down payment can be paid directly to any affiliated bank partners/financing institution of the developer. The first payment should be made a month after the reservation of unit. Likewise, 30 days after reservation of unit the buyer must submit all required documents for loan approval.
Step 5: Submission of Documents for Loan Approval
Once the buyer has submitted all the required documents the developer will forward it to a financing institution. Lacking of documents means delaying the process of your loan approval. Once approved the financing institution will issue the Letter of Guarantee.
Step 6: Punch Listing of Unit
Before moving in the developer will give a punch listing. According to this website the meaning of punch list is a list of tasks and items that need to be fixed or complete before a construction of project can be considered finished.
Step 7: Move-In
